It was about time for some updates !

We are glad to announce that the Flesh:on:Steel album is now sold-out ! For the unlucky ones, the album is still available through the following mailorders : Steelwork Maschine, Cyclic Law, Equilibrium Music and Cold Spring. Don't forget to lurk within the reviews page for some feedback.

Now, some major changes in the future plans of ours. First of all, the Songs For Vacuum self-titled album is now available as a fully downloadable file from the releases page. Being now a dormant project (and giving way to Materia Aurora), we decided that it would be a shame not to give it a decent epitaph. However, the music should be considered as sketches of what were the project's purposes.

The Twilight Angelhood album has suffered some delay and the schedule has consequently been reconsidered. A very special limited edition of 'Post tenebras nox' is in the making, more info will be posted soon about a possible subscription, and of course some tasters from the album.

For some various reasons, Eternal Dunes become Isothesis ! First album to be released through polish label Beast Of Prey, then Archetyp will be the shelter for Isothesis's next step in pure ambient soundscapes.

And last but not least, an interview of yours truly (in french) for the webzine La Gouttière can be read here.

Flesh:on:Steel's "Notausgang" is available since the 15th of february. Look to the order page to get yourself a copy ! We're now working on the Twilight Angelhood album for a springtime release. A special very limited edition will be also available via Archetyp only. Songs For Vacuum's first effort should follow afterwards.

At last a new playlist has been uploaded to the radio-blog too. It's time to get cold and twisted sounds !

At last we can announce the imminent release of the Flesh:on:Steel album for mid-february ! Pre-orders are now taken, check the order/contact section for details.

Next archetype will take shape through swiss dark-ambient act Twilight Angelhood with "Post tenebras nox", a deep fall into the arcanes of the self.

The Flesh:on:Steel album is still under mastering process, the release should happen early next year. More soundclips to come on the sounds page too.
Next planned releases include the first album of a new dark-ambient act from Switzerland and later on a Flesh:on:Steel / Dusk Of Hope collaboration.

You can still cast a rusty ear on our radio-blog full of chtonian horrors that prove that the stars are right ! A Lovecraft special is airing until the 23th of december. Feel free to make any comments on our discussion board.

Welcome to the Archetyp website !

Our first release will be the Flesh:on:Steel album "Notausgang". It'll feature more than 60 minutes of dark and industrial outbursts in an old school vein and come in a nice A5 cardboard sleeve. See the releases page for more infos !

We already have some options for the next releases in 2006. Keep tracking the dust and the rust for more news will come.
