FLESH :ON :STEEL

This french artist has a lot to express musically. Obsessed with the interaction between man and machines, :Teewee: creates haunting litanies to exorcise the demons hidden in the circuits and the organic cells. His home is made of broken mirrors so that he can’t see the reflecting evil and his influences, though for the most part not obvious in the first place, range from old school industrial to more ethereal realms.

Flesh:on:Steel will release his first full-length on Archetyp and yes, we’re totally responsible for the madness that will occur !

Website : in construction.

TWILIGHT ANGELHOOD

It’s in 1997 that Twilight discovered his ‘Raison d’ętre’ while listening to the album ‘Prospectus’. At that time he was trying to develop a kind of music that would include his fascination for Christian iconography, his love for nature and that could allow him to express his metaphysical questions. The dark ambient genre developed by Peter Andersson seemed to be what he was trying to achieve…

He named his project Twilight Angelhood to express the balance between nature and the divine and after a few months work he self-released in 1999 a tape called ‘Midnight in the garden of good and evil’ which was well received and supported by underground fanzines as well as the label Dark Side which accepted to sell some of them in its catalogue…

A lot of isolated tracks were recorded then between 2001 and 2003. After serious personal problems, as a catharsis, Twilight selected 6 tracks among all these that seemed to suit a concept for a new album and mixed what would become "Post Tenebras Nox".
